The Tinder Swindler Case

Notable Matters

Representing Clients in Cases That Make Global Headlines

In 2025, Sharon Nahari represented Simon Leviev (Shimon Hayut) — the subject of Netflix’s The Tinder Swindler — in international extradition proceedings before the Georgian courts, following his detention on an INTERPOL Red Notice issued by German authorities. Working alongside Georgian co-counsel, the matter concluded with the dismissal of two of the German cases and a suspended sentence under a negotiated plea agreement.
